Start with everyday prayer
Recite the 5 dozen of the Holy Rosary
Recite the prayer to "Mary of impossible causes" at the end of the Rosary.
Promise Our Lady to recite the Holy Rosary every day

First day

Mary, my beloved mother, I am here at your feet to beg you for mercy. My life is immersed in numerous problems but I know that I can count on your maternal help. I give you this impossible cause of my life (name the cause), please holy mother accept my humble request, help me, give me the strength to overcome this difficulty, pray to your son Jesus to free me, help me, solve this problem of mine . Holy Mother I know that you do everything for me. Let this cause of my life be resolved according to the will of God the Father.

Second day

Mary of impossible causes please accept my request and resolve this cause of my life (name the cause). I ask you for forgiveness for all my sins and I want to be your favorite child. I promise to recite the Holy Rosary every day, to respect your son's commands, to love my neighbor, to be faithful to God. I will try to live the word of your son Jesus who loves me so much but you holy mother accept my supplication and resolve this cause of my life which paralyzes my faith and oppresses me so much. This cause oppresses me so much, it makes me unhappy and I promise that I will be faithful to the Church and to the Sacraments, but I wholeheartedly desire your help, your help. This cause even if it is impossible in my eyes but in your hands it can be resolved because everything is possible for you. You are powerful with God and I know that you will now present my prayers to your son Jesus and he will help me in this cause that oppresses me so much. Holy Mother, please help me. Ninth day

I know that you will do it, I know that you have listened to my prayer, I know that you will act and do everything for me.
