O immense and eternal majesty of God, Most Holy Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I very humble your creature adore you and praise you with the greatest affection and respect that can be given by creatures. In your presence and in the presence of Mary Most Holy, Queen of Heaven, in the presence of my Guardian Angel, of my Patron Saints and of the whole heavenly court, I affirm that this prayer and petition I am about to make to the merciful and merciful Virgin Mary for you deserve the precious Blood of Jesus, I intend to do it with right intention and mainly for your glory, for my salvation and that of my neighbor.
