I. O Immaculate Virgin, be blessed for wanting to choose a humble daughter of St. Vincent to express your maternal concern for men.
O our pitiful Lawyer who in the first apparition to Saint Catherine Labourè deigned to show you weeping over the miseries of your children and the calamities that were about to hit them, especially on the persecution that was about to unleash against the clergy and religious communities, and that you promised your particular protection to your devotees, turn again your merciful eyes on your people, tormented by the same miseries, threatened by the same calamities and have mercy on us. defend and sanctify the clergy, protect the Church, exalt its august Head and ensure that through your Medal many of your wandering children are converted and saved.

II. O Immaculate Virgin, our powerful Queen, You showed yourself to your servant with your hands full of shining rings that covered the earth with their rays, a symbol of the graces you scattered on your devotees, and you also added with pain that the rings that did not send light they indicated the graces you would like to grant, but which we do not ask of you. O Mother of Mercy, do not look at our unworthiness, but, for the love you bring us, make your power shine in us in all its splendor and grant all those graces that your goodness holds in store for those who ask with confidence.

III. O Immaculate Virgin, our safe refuge, be externally exalted, because, by giving us your medal as a powerful shield against our spiritual enemies and a safe escape against any danger of the body, you have taught us the supplication that we must present to move your heart to pity. Well, oh Mother, here we prostrate at your feet we invoke You with the ejaculatory that you brought us from heaven and, remembering the glorious privilege of your Immaculate conception, we ask you by virtue of it the graces we need.

IV. O Immaculate Virgin, Comforter of the troubled, be eternally blessed because you wanted to make your Medal the instrument of your most wonderful mercies in favor of all the unhappy, converting sinners with it, healing the sick, consoling all sorts of miseries.
Do not allow, O merciful Mother, to deny the name that the grateful people wanted to give to your Medal, but also pour over us and the people we recommend to you, your graces and wonders, making sure that your Medal is also for we truly Miraculous.

V. O Immaculate Virgin, You wanted to be represented in the triumphant attitude of crushing the head of the infernal serpent and you pointed out to us in devotion to your medal the secret of victory, well, oh Mary, invincible eradicator of hell, turn your gaze on of us who, in order not to be victims of our and your enemy, took refuge under your protection, joined our militia.
Make your medal a safe shield and powerful weapon for us, so that after we too have defeated the devil, we can eternally enhance your Immaculate conception.

PRAYER
O our Immaculate Mother, we present ourselves before the throne of your mercy to obtain from you the graces we need. By means of a spiritual daughter of the great apostle Saint Vincent de Paul, you manifested your image radiant with light, symbol of your mercy for men; enlighten, O Mother, the children of darkness and make them children of the Church and your devotees. Spread the rays of the grace of God of which you are Treasurer over the whole world, and save the poor humanity. May your light shine on the church, mystical Bride of your Son and sanctify priests, convert sinners and give perseverance to the righteous; may the beautiful prayer resound on everyone's lips: "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who turn to you".
