Prayer to Jesus against the coronavirus

Lord Jesus, son of God, look at us men affected by a new plague, in every corner of the earth.
Let us invoke Your Holy Spirit, powerful against all evil, so that the new virus that causes death and suffering for men, will be eradicated.
We ask you (united in Your name):
by the power of Your most precious blood shed on the Cross;
by the power of Mary's tears before the Cross,
for the glory and mercy that belong to you.
Jesus, God of life, we trust in You.
