A powerful healing prayer written by Father Emiliano Tardif

(Laying on hands)
Lord Jesus,
we believe you are alive and risen.
We believe that you are truly present in the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar
and in each of us who believe in You.
We praise you and adore you.
We thank you, Lord,
for coming to us,
like living bread from heaven.
Today we want to present you all our ills,
because You are the same yesterday, today and always
and You yourself join us where we are.
You are the eternal present and you know us.
Now, Lord,
we ask you to have compassion on us.
Visit us for your gospel,
so that everyone recognizes that You are alive in your Church today
and renew our faith
and our trust in you.
We beg you, Jesus:
have compassion for the sufferings of our body,
of our heart and soul.
Have compassion on us, Lord,
give us your blessing
and makes that we can regain health.
Let our faith grow
and that opens us to the wonders of your love,
so that we also become witnesses of your power
and your compassion.
We ask you, oh Jesus,
by the power of your holy wounds,
for your Holy Cross
and for your Precious Blood.
Heal us, O Lord.
Heal our body,
heal our heart,
heal our soul.
Give us life, life in abundance.
We ask you for the intercession
of Mary Most Holy your Mother,
the Virgin of Sorrows who was present,
standing by your Cross;
she who was the first to contemplate your holy wounds,
that you gave us for Mother.
You have revealed to us that you have taken upon yourself
our pains
and for your Holy Wounds we have been healed.
Today, Lord, we present all our evils with faith
and we ask you to heal us completely.
We ask you, for the glory of the Father of Heaven,
to heal the sick of our family too
and our friends.
Let them grow in faith, in hope
and that they regain their health,
for the glory of your name,
for your kingdom to continue to extend more and more into hearts
through the signs and wonders of your love.
All this, o Jesus,
we ask you why you are Jesus.
You are the Good Shepherd
and we are all the sheep of your flock.
We are so sure of your love,
that even before knowing the result of our prayer,
we say with faith: thank you Jesus, for all that you will do for us
and for each of them.
Thanks for the sick you are healing now,
thank you for those you are visiting with your mercy.
