Prayer to Mary "Mother of Help" to seek help in our families

Under your protection we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God.

We rely on you, Help of Christians,

and we elect you Mother and Queen of this house.

Deign to show your mighty help in it,

because it is preserved from all danger, damage and misfortune.

Bless, protect and guard as your thing and property

the people who live and will live in this house;

unite our hearts in faith and make us active in charity;

keep us in health and peace;

help us to thank the Lord for this family of ours

who wants to live united in love.

In your hands we put the joys and sorrows of our life

because you present them to the Father, together with our hopes for the future.

Guide our steps on the path of good and keep us away from all sin.

Mary, Help of Christians, welcome our plea

and intercede for us with Your Son,

Jesus Christ Our Lord.
