(Prayer to be done for nine days to the Madonna dello Scoglio to obtain any grace)
O Most Holy Virgin of the Rock whose name is often uttered by the lips of many devoted souls who turn to you with full confidence to be fulfilled in all their spiritual and material needs, I too resort to you or my Mother, with the certainty that may my simple and devoted prayer be kindly accepted and granted by you. Most glorious Virgin, Queen of the Rock, repentant I bow down before You and at the same time I want to manifest to you all the desires of this poor heart of mine, which night and day moans in a sea of pain. My beloved Mother, have mercy on me, save my soul and console this afflicted heart, because if You want it, I know you can. I am desperately abandoned, no human creature can give me help, only You, my very loving Mother, can come to meet me, hold out your maternal hand and relieve me from the afflictions in which I find myself, granting me the grace that I humbly ask of you ...
Listen to me, good mother, do not tell me no, because I know that you have consoled many and many hearts, so I do not tire of invoking you, so that you may also be consoled by you. Please ardently, o miraculous Virgin of the Rock, do not let me be disappointed in this urgent need of mine, let me obtain the favor I asked you as soon as possible, provided that it is for the greater good of my soul, otherwise, resigned to the Divine Will, I want to repeat with you the fiat that one day you addressed to the Archangel St. Gabriel in the humble house of Nazareth. Most merciful Mother I implore you, accept the vows and sighs of my heart and I will never cease to honor you and to give you a true testimony of gratitude with the promise of still coming to visit you often in the miserable valley of S. Domenica where that barren rock you wanted it to soon become Your mystical throne. Or white Immaculate Virgin, that this blessed place Your Divine will has designated, and where every devout soul continually bows before You invoking you tirelessly with tears in your eyes and heart on your lips, under this beautiful title of Queen of the Rock, never take your loving gaze away from me.
And while I will live in this earthly life always guide me, Holy Mother, along the way of good, so that one day may reach you up there in heaven, where is your eternal seat in the midst of a thousand and thousand hosts of Angels to rejoice eternally with You in Holy Paradise Amen.
At the end of this prayer add the recitation of three Salve Regina with the invocation:

To have a short personal meeting with Brother Cosimo, which will take place exclusively on Wednesday and Saturday, you must book by calling 0964-380702. In fact, reservations can only be made by telephone and are carried out in the following ways:
- Calabria residents can call in the morning, from 09.00 to 09.20, on Tuesdays (to book a meeting for the following day of Wednesday) or Friday (to book the meeting for the following day on Saturday)
-residents in Sicily, Puglia and Basilicata can call on Friday afternoon, from 17.00 to 18.00, to book the meeting for a Wednesday or Saturday where there is availability of seats;
-residents in other regions of Italy and abroad can call on Tuesday afternoon from 17.00 to 18.00 to book a meeting, always on Wednesday and Saturday, based on the availability of places.
