My Guardian Angel
My Guardian Angel, created by the good God only for me, I am ashamed to have you beside me, because I have not always obeyed you. Several times I have heard Your voice, but I have turned my gaze hoping that our Lord was more gracious than You. Poor dreamer!
I wanted to forget that You are His mandate to watch over me. It is therefore to you that I must always turn to the adversities of life, temptations, diseases, decisions to be made.
Forgive me, my Angel, and make me feel Your presence often. I remember those days and nights that I spoke with You and that You answered me giving me so much serenity and peace, communicating the rays of Your light, mysterious but real.
You are part of the Spirit of God, of His attributes, of His powers. You are spirit never stained by evil. Your eyes see with the eyes of the Lord, good, sweet, lovable intercessor. You are my servant. Please, always obey me and help me obey you.
Now I ask you for a particular grace: to shake me in the moment of temptation, to comfort me at the moment of trial, to fortify me in the moment of weakness and to always go to visit those places and those people where my faith will send you. You are a good representative. Bring in your hands the book of my life and the keys of eternity for my soul.
How much I love you my angel!
In your face I see my God, in your transparent eyes all those people who need mercy. Under Your wings I hide and I regret not having always listened to You, but You know my Angel, that I loved you so much and tight in my heart as my greatest protector.
You have always served me without being paid; in return I promised you many things, but I was not always able to keep them. You help me to live my life better and, in the moment of my agony, introduce me to Mary, my beloved Mother, the Most Holy Virgin, Powerful Virgin, so that you, who made me know Her Only Begotten Son, bring me to His judgment ending in blessed eternity.
But now, that I am still on earth, I entrust to you, as well as my soul, also that of my children and my brothers, friends and enemies, but even more than all those who still do not know they are children of God. Amen. Mother Providence

«Holy Angel of God, who watches over my soul and my body, forgive me all that could offend you in my life and all the faults of today. My Guardian Angel, true friend, faithful companion and sure guide of mine, I thank you for that tireless charity, vigilance and patience with which you have assisted me and continually assist me in my spiritual and temporal needs.
I ask you for forgiveness for the disgust that I have so often given you with my disobedience to your loving advice, with the resistance to your salutary admonitions, and with the so little profit of your holy instructions. Continuously, I pray, in all my life, your most benign protection, so that, together with you, I may thank the common Lord for praising and blessing for all eternity. Amen

Very kind angel, my guardian, tutor and teacher, my guide and defense, my wise advisor and very faithful friend, I have been recommended to you, for the goodness of the Lord, from the day I was born until the last hour of my life. How much reverence I owe you, knowing that you are everywhere and always close to me!
With how much gratitude I have to thank you for the love you have for me, and how much confidence to know you as my assistant and defender! Teach me, Holy Angel, correct me, protect me, guard me and guide me for the right and safe journey to the Holy City of God.
Don't let me do things that offend your holiness and purity. Present my desires to the Lord, offer him my prayers, show him my miseries and implore me the remedy for them by his infinite goodness and by the maternal intercession of Mary Most Holy your Queen.
Watch when I sleep, support me when I am tired, support me when I am about to fall, stand me when I have fallen, show me the way when I am lost, heartened when I lose heart, illuminate me when I do not see, defend me when I am fighting and especially on the last day of my life, shield me from the devil. Thanks to your defense and your guide, finally obtain me to enter your radiant home, where for all eternity I can express my gratitude and glorify with you the Lord and the Virgin Mary, yours and my Queen.
