O God, come to my aid. - Lord, come quickly to save me. Glory to the Father ...

1. Most lovable St. Joseph, by the honor that the eternal Father granted you, by raising you to take his place on earth with his Son Jesus, and being his putative father, obtain for me God the grace I desire.
Glory to the Father ...

2 Most lovable St. Joseph, for the love that Jesus brought you, recognizing you as a tender father and obeying you as a respectful son, implore me from God for the grace that I ask of you.

3. Most pure St. Joseph, for the very special grace you received from the Holy Spirit, when he gave you his same bride, our dearest Mother, to implore the much desired grace from God.

4. Most tender St. Joseph, for the most pure love with which you loved Jesus as your Son and God, and Mary as your beloved bride, pray to the most high God, to grant me the grace for which I beg you
Glory to the Father ...

5. Most sweet St. Joseph, for the great enjoyment that your heart felt in conversing with Jesus and Mary and serving them, grant me the most merciful God the grace that I long so much.

6. Most fortunate St. Joseph, for the beautiful fate you had of dying in the arms of Jesus and Mary, and of being comforted in your agony and death, may your mighty intercession from God obtain the grace for which I pray you.

7. Most glorious St. Joseph, for the reverence that the whole heavenly Court has for you, as the putative Father of Jesus and husband of Mary, hear the supplications that I give you with living faith, obtaining the grace that I desire so much. So be it.

Almighty God, who in your plan of love you wanted to entrust the beginnings of our redemption to the caring custody of St. Joseph, through his intercession, grant the Church the same fidelity in carrying out the work of salvation. For Christ, our Lord. Amen.
