Prayer to Mary, Mother of hope, to ask for a grace

Mary, Mother of hope,
walk with us!
Teach us to proclaim the living God;
help us to witness Jesus, the only Savior;
make us helpful to our neighbor,
welcoming to the needy,
justice operators,
passionate builders
of a more just world;
intercede for us who work in history
certain that the Father's plan will be fulfilled.

Aurora of a new world,
show yourself Mother of hope and watch over us!
Watch over the Church in Europe:
be it transparent to the Gospel;
it is an authentic place of communion;
live his mission
to announce, celebrate and serve
the gospel of hope
for the peace and joy of all.

Queen of peace
Protect humanity of the third millennium!
Watch over all Christians:
continue confidently on the way to unity,
which ferment
for the concord of the continent.

Watch over the young,
hope for the future,
they respond generously
to the call of Jesus.
Watch over the leaders of the nations:
undertake to build a common house,
in which they are respected
the dignity and rights of each.

Mary, give us Jesus!
Let us follow and love him!
He is the hope of the Church,
of Europe and humanity.
He lives with us, among us,
in his Church.

We say with you
«Come, Lord Jesus» (Ap 22, 20):
That the hope of glory
infused by him into our hearts
bear fruit of justice and peace!
