Miraculous prayer for concern

Do you need a miracle to help you overcome worry and anxiety? Powerful prayers that work for healing from the habit of worrying and from the anxiety that feeds it are prayers of faith. If you pray believing that God and his angels can perform miracles and invite them to do it in your life, you can heal.

An example of how to pray to overcome worry
“Dear God, I am so anxious about what is going on in my life - and what I fear could happen to me in the future - that I spend a lot of time and worrying energies. My body suffers from [mention of symptoms such as insomnia, headache, stomach ache, shortness of breath, rapid heart beat, etc.). My mind suffers from [mention of symptoms such as nervousness, distraction, irritability and forgetfulness). My spirit suffers from [mention of symptoms like discouragement, fear, doubt and despair). I don't want to live like this anymore. Please, send the miracle I need to find peace in body, mind and spirit that you have given me!

My omniscient Father in heaven, please give me the wisdom to see my concerns from the right perspective so that they don't overwhelm me. Often remind me of the truth that you are much bigger than any situation that concerns me, so I can entrust you with any circumstances in my life instead of worrying about it. Please give me the faith I need to believe it and trust you for anything that worries me.

From this day on, help me develop the habit of turning my worries into prayers. Whenever an anxious thought enters my mind, ask my guardian angel to warn me of the need to pray for that thought rather than worry about it. The more practical I pray instead of worrying, the more I can experience the peace you want to give me. I have chosen to stop taking on the worst for my future and start expecting the best, because you are at work in my life with your great love and power.

I believe you will help me handle any situation that worries me. Help me distinguish between what I can control and what I can't - and help me take useful actions on what I can, and trust yourself to manage what I can't. While St. Francis of Assisi famously prayed, "make me an instrument of your peace" in my relationships with other people in every situation I encounter.

Help me adapt my expectations so that I don't unnecessarily put pressure on me, worrying about things you don't want me to worry about - like trying to perfect, presenting others with an image that doesn't reflect who I really am, or I'm looking for to convince others to be what I would like them to do or do what I would like them to do. As I let go of unrealistic expectations and accept the way my life really is, you will give me the freedom I need to relax and trust you in deeper ways.

God, please help me find a solution for every real problem I encounter and stop worrying about "What if?" problems that may never happen in my future. Please give me a vision of the peaceful future of hope and joy that you have planned for me. I look forward to that future, because it comes to you, my loving Father. Thank you! Amen."
