Faithful Virgin and Illustrious Martyr, Saint Philomena, I rejoice in your glory and I rejoice in seeing how much you glorify God, mainly with miracles
for the benefit of the poor and simple souls.
I pray the divine Majesty to deign to make your name known more and more, to manifest your power and to multiply your servants.
O good and dear Saint Filomena, here I am at your feet; full of misery, but still full of trust, I turn to your charity: bless me, assist me, in every need, and never, never abandon me.
Deh! Great and lovable Saint, protect me against the enemies of salvation and always pray for me to the Lord Jesus to grant me the grace to serve him in this world and then possess him in eternity. Amen. Pater, Ave and Gloria.

O glorious Saint Philomena, who in order to testify publicly your faith in Jesus Christ, although a young girl, you endured prison and cruel torture with heroic firmness, obtain for us the grace of the perfect love of God, so that, if we cannot imitate you in your martyrdom, at least we know how to suffer with patience, in conformity with God's will, the adversities of life.

3. O glorious Saint Philomena, who with the unexpected discovery of your body, which remained hidden and unknown for fifteen centuries in the catacombs of Rome, with the great miracles worked through you, you have been chosen by God to keep alive in among us the faith, today so fought by so many, obtain for us the grace never to be misled by the atheists and unbelievers of today, and to keep us faithful to the one true Church of Jesus Christ, out of which there is no salvation, so that we too persevere until death in that faith which you testified with your blood.
