Prayer to obtain the intercession of Saint Jude Thaddeus, advocate of desperate cases

O Jesus, our redeemer and brother, who wished to enrich the kinship bond of St. Jude Thaddeus with your Holy Family through the gift of an apostolic vocation and mission, grant us too to respond generously to the commitments of baptism and the expectations of Church, sacrament of salvation for peoples. Grant us, through his intercession, with regard to our health of soul and body, for your glory and the service of our brothers. You who live and reign forever and ever. Amen.

PRAYER TO SAN GIUDA

In need of particular help, I turn to you with immense confidence, O Saint Jude Thaddeus, apostle and cousin of the Lord. Knowing the continuous graces that you grant to your devotees, I now place all my hope in you, in need of your help and protection. I recognize that for my sins and for the lack of correspondence to the divine graces I do not deserve anything. But truly repentant, I commend myself to you with all the fervor of my heart. I promise you to flee from sin, to live by loving the Lord more and more now and throughout your life. I hope everything from you and I trust in the maternal intercession of Our Lady of Grace. O Saint Jude Thaddeus, protector in the most desperate cases, remember me. Amen.
