Although it has been nearly seven years since my husband and I experienced the loss of the first child in my womb. My heart was recently shaken by crying with those who walked. They are going through the pain of losing a little .. no matter the age.
Brothers and sisters, we don't want you to be misinformed about those who sleep in death, so as not to cry like the rest of humanity. Che has no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again. So we believe that God will take with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him "(1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18).
I recently gave birth to our third child. When I was admitted to the hospital, the nurse asked me a series of routine questions, one of which was "How many pregnancies have you had?" When I suddenly replied, “This is my fourth… my first was an abortion,” she turned away from her computer. He looked at me with the most compassionate eyes and said, "Oh, I'm so sorry for your loss." His answer moved me and I realized that time in my life mattered then and still matters today.

It's been so long and life goes on that I don't think about it much. But I think it's important to remember that he was my first child. I don't know why women don't talk much about loss or miscarriage. Because we might think we shouldn't mention it, but that kind response from my nurse got me thinking and remembering. Wanting to talk about it and share that time in my life.
I believe it is important to remind your heart that the life that was within you was very important to God, and for whatever reason we don't need to know, He needed them in heaven with Him instead of on Earth. We must believe that his sovereign plan is for our good and for his glory, even when it hurts so much. It has been said that pain comes in waves and you have to give yourself permission to experience each wave as it comes as you walk through the process. However, we must remember that when it comes to pain, we as believers distinguish ourselves from those without Christ.

1 Thessalonians 4: 13-14 encourages those who may have experienced the temporal sting of death to fix our gaze on the life to come. As believers, we have a hope in Jesus that a resurrection of our bodies awaits us for eternity.

I remind my heart of this great hope that one day I will meet that precious child that the Lord knitted in my womb. So I pray for every woman who has experienced the kind of painful loss of a child that the Lord will not only bring them healing and peace if the wound is fresh in their heart, but encourage them not to be afraid to speak to other children ... earth than in heaven.

Of the stillbirth and infant loss of their precious children that formed in their womb, all for Your glory. No matter how long their tiny hearts beat, your plan for their precious lives had meaning and purpose. Letting go and trusting yourself during these moments of grief and big questions can be difficult. So we ask you to strengthen and renew their faith that you will carry them through this trial. As the waves of pain crash over them, remind their hearts of the hope they have in Christ. Holy Spirit, help these mourning mothers to fix their gaze to heaven where the promise of eternal life awaits them. Give them a voice to share their story of Your goodness and faithfulness in this difficult time. Thank you for bringing the peace that transcends all understanding and heals broken hearts in Your timing. In the name of Jesus, amen.
