Powerful prayer to our Lord God

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Amen.

Lord our God, open our ears and our hearts so that we hear You speak and we can follow the voice that cries out to us.

May we be a people that prepares the way for you. Give each of us the strength to give up everything at the right time and to realize: "The way to my heart should also be leveled. It should be straight and level all around me and throughout the world".

The light now shines for us in Jesus Christ, and through him we want to find strength and help, for the glory of your name. By listening to his voice we will find help.

Help will be very close to us and the mighty hand of the Lord Jesus will be upon us in every need. For this he came. We can believe in his help and we want it. Hear the intimate longing of each of us and make us part of Your people, so that we can keep hope in our hearts and serve You on earth.

Praise Your Name, o Father of Heaven, that you put us on earth and that we can draw strength from the One who fights and wins, Jesus Christ.
