Prayer to be recited when you experience a situation of malaise and despair

IN THE HOLY NAME OF JESUS
I SEAL IN HIS PRECIOUS BLOOD

All my body inside and out, my mind, my "heart", my will.
In particular (say the disturbed part: head, mouth of the stomach, heart, throat ...)

IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER + (cross the thumb)
OF THE SON +
AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT + Amen!

Information:
It is a prayer made to Jesus to cover us with His Blood and thus put the Enemy to flight.
Who to do it to? It can be done on us and on others.
It is good to do this often on children.
It is an act of love to make it known to those who believe.
When to do it? It is good to do it often, especially when we feel "disturbed",
more nervous and aggressive.
How to do it? The small cross marks are made with the thumb on the person, in particular on the "disturbed" part. Whenever possible, it is good to use exorcised oil or exorcised water.
Other objects: "objects" which, as children of God, we use, the environment in which we find ourselves, can also be sealed. Example: the house, the room, the bed, the telephone, the food, the car, the train, the office, the surgery ...
