Thanksgiving prayer to Jesus Christ our Lord

Today, Sunday 12 December 2021, III of Advent, we advise you to recite this beautiful prayer addressed to Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord our God, we thank You for allowing us to be called Your children.

We thank you for giving us the power to become even more truly Your children, so that there may be a testimony of Your name on earth, so that in the name of Jesus Christ a new power may manifest itself for body and soul, for the happy and the unhappy one, for all who are still down the wrong paths, for all who suffer so much pain, fear and need.

We thank you and praise your name. Help us on our journey. Help us, weak people who often become anxious and afraid. Help us in everything.

Help us especially in the concern that we have in the depths of our hearts, that Your name be honored, Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
