We recite the Holy Rosary together with our Guardian Angel
This Rosary, like the Holy Marian Rosary, is made up of 150 Ave Maria, also called Angelic Salutations, since not only the angel Gabriel recited the first part of the Ave Maria, but all the heavenly spirits, long before the pious use introduce himself into the Church, with those words, they had exalted Mary, both when she was still on earth, and especially after her Assumption into Heaven. For this reason, it is right to turn to the angels in the recitation of this rosary and in the meditation of the mysteries; of which these spirits were always witnesses and the first contemplators. His recitation, always welcome, is particularly suitable for:
every Tuesday (day dedicated to angels),
the 2nd of August (festival of the Madonna of the angels),
the 2nd of October feast of the guardian angels)
throughout the month of October.

FIRST GAUDIOSO MYSTERY
THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANGELO GABRIELE TO MARY VIRGIN
The angel Gabriel is with Mary. He respectfully greets his Queen, the chosen Mother of his God, honors her, reassures her, advises her and adores the Incarnate Word first. Let us ask him the grace to repeat his greeting with the same devotion, having his own sentiments towards Mary, and to be able to see and adore Jesus like him in Mary, placing himself like him with the consecration, at the service of both.

SECOND GAUDIOSO MYSTERY
THE VISIT OF MARY HOLY TO SANTA ELISABETTA
The angel Gabriel, before announcing the birth of Jesus to Mary, had announced to St. Zechariah the birth of his Precursor, John the Baptist. Gabriel is the angel of the Redemption and is present, to all the mysteries of the Incarnate Word even when his action is not manifested, and it will be he who, in a dream, will con-solate Saint Joseph, revealing to him the mystery of the virginal motherhood of Maria. We thank God for choosing the Virgin Mary as the instrument of divine Incarnation and the Blessed Virgin Mary, because with her humble "yes" she made possible the mission of the Only Begotten Son of God.

THIRD GAUDIOUS MYSTERY
THE BIRTH OF JESUS IN THE BETHLEHEM CAVE
The angels sing the glory of God on the cradle of Jesus in the highest heaven, announce their birth to the shepherds and invite them to worship him, after having cheered their eyes with their splendor and their ears with their songs. We learn to join the angels and especially our guardian angel during prayer.

FOURTH GAUDIOUS MYSTERY
JESUS IS PRESENTED AT THE TEMPLE BY MARY AND JOSEPH
The Gospel does not speak of angels, but they thousands had to accompany the Holy Family to the Temple. Back in Bethlehem and Nazareth, an angel in a dream warned St Joseph to flee to Egypt and will warn him when it is time to return to his homeland. How consoling it is to think that we too are accompanied by an angel, who guides and defends us! Let us therefore invoke him often, so that he may complete our prayers by presenting them to the Most High.

FIFTH JOYFUL MYSTERY
THE FINDING OF JESUS AMONG THE DOCTORS OF THE TEMPLE
The Gospel does not speak of angels, but they certainly accompanied their King and Queen on the pilgrimage to Jerusalem. They accompanied Mary and Joseph in their painful search, admiring the heroic acts of virtue practiced by them, adoring the will of God that forced them not to reveal to the two poor spouses where the Son was. But how they had to rejoice with them, when they finally found him in the Temple. We resort to our angel, especially when we have lost Jesus with sin or when, in the moments of darkness, we feel him far away.

FIRST SORROWFUL MYSTERY
THE AGONY OF JESUS IN Gethsemane
In the Garden, the angel sent by the Father has an important, however mysterious, mission. The Gospel leaves us to imagine what he said to Jesus. He will have told him everything that could make it less painful to drink a bitter cup. Commentators and visionaries help us to reconstruct that tragic scene that is repeated for us too, when God asks us to repeat our "fiat" in adversity. Then our pitiful angel will be ready to console and comfort us, if we call him ours

SECOND SORROWFUL MYSTERY
THE FLAGELLATION OF JESUS AT THE COLUMN
The angels, certainly present in all the sorrowful mysteries, will have covered their faces with the horror of ingratitude, cruelty and human evil. They would have wanted to ask God to allow them to defend their King and exterminate his infamous enemies, but having He revealed to them the plan of his mercy towards men, conforming to the sentiments of Jesus and Mary, they joined to them to implore mercy for the guilty. O holy angels, who free from the weight of the flesh, were never subject to the humiliating, persistent and continuous struggles against the temptations of sensuality, obtain for us, for the merits of Jesus' scourging, the purity of body and heart.

THIRD PAINFUL MYSTERY
JESUS IS CROWNED AND SENTENCED TO DEATH
O dear holy angels, who in order to repair the ridicule with which the evil guards offended Jesus, offered you totally and forever in the service of the King of kings, obtain the grace of knowing how to accept, in a spirit of humility and reparation , anything that could hurt our self-love and to consecrate ourselves completely to Mary, to cooperate in the realization of the Kingdom of God.

FOURTH SORROWFUL MYSTERY
THE ASCENT OF JESUS TO CALVARY UNDER THE HEAVY WOOD OF THE CROSS
O dear holy angels, who followed Jesus with much love, endeavoring to mitigate the ferocity of his enemies and to inspire courage to his friends, such as the pious women, Veronica and Cyreneus and who were particularly affected by the meeting of the Redeemer with the His Most Holy Mother, guard and protect the pilgrim Church in the world and support humanity along the difficult path to holiness.

FIFTH SORROWFUL MYSTERY
THE CRUCIFIXION AND THE DEATH OF JESUS AFTER THREE HOURS OF AGONY
O good angels, who you adore adoringly to all the renewals of the sacrifice of the cross that are performed on our altars, get us to imitate your reverence, in attending Holy Mass and as we love to believe that then you have religiously collected all the drops of the Divine Blood, to preserve them from desecration, so now get us to correspond faithfully to the current graces, which are as many drops of that precious Blood.

GLORIOUS MYSTERIES
FIRST GLORIOUS MYSTERY
THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS FROM THE DEAD
The angels certainly remained in the custody of the sepulcher and on the day of the Resurrection we see the renewed appearance of angels intertwining with the confused coming and going of the pious women. Only the angels could carefully bend the Shroud and the Shroud seen by Peter; only they removed the stone, and seated on it, as from a chair, they announced the Resurrection to the women, sending them messengers of it, to the Apostles. Only the angels accompanied the soul of their King on his descent to Limbo, kept company with Mary Most Holy, consoling her for the absence of Jesus, and were then joyful spectators of the encounter of the Mother with the risen Son. We learn from them to meditate and console the pains of Jesus and Mary and to share their joys.

SECOND GLORIOUS MYSTERY
THE ASCENSION OF JESUS TO HEAVEN
The angels can be glimpsed in ranks accompanying and coming to meet their King, who returns triumphantly to his heavenly palace. Two angels visibly showed themselves to the Apostles, inviting them to retire to the Upper Room and assuring them that Jesus would return surrounded by glory. Let us remember that our angel looks with satisfaction at the place that Jesus deserved and Maria Santis-sima prepared us in heaven and, for long years, she worked tirelessly to make us reach it. Let us not disappoint your hopes, let us not make your efforts futile.

THIRD GLORIOUS MYSTERY
THE DESCENT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ON THE HOLY MARY AND THE APOSTLES
On the day of Pentecost, we see the angels descending by the thousands on earth, each taking over his protégé among the newly converted from the preaching of St. Peter and among the new baptized by the Apostles. There is perhaps no other truth that better reveals to us the fatherly concern of God and the maternal goodness of Mary, that having given us the guardian angel. We learn to respect his presence and love, his benevolence, docility and assistance and to be grateful for his benefits.

FOURTH GLORIOUS MYSTERY
THE ASSUMPTION OF MARY HOLY IN THE SKY
The angels come down in rows with Jesus to adorn the triumph of the Most Holy Mary assumed in body and soul in heaven. As in an immense parade of glory, the nine angelic choirs and the various hosts of blessed will be passed before their Queen to pay her respects and to place the insignia of their victories at her feet. Let us congratulate our angel for having been able to win his test and for having been predestined to eternal glory and let us pray morning and evening with the Angel of God to get us to enjoy his eternal company one day.

FIFTH GLORIOUS MYSTERY
THE CORONATION OF MARY HOLY QUEEN OF HEAVEN AND EARTH
Myriads of angels surround and will eternally surround the throne of their Queen, praising the blessed of all women, who, if she did not deserve to them with Christ, as she deserved to us, the essential glory of heaven, she certainly has their happiness increased and if they envy our possibility of calling her Mother, they at least enjoy proclaiming them their Queen. We propose to have, in the future, greater devotion to the angels placed by God to guard and defend the Church, nations, cities and parishes, but in a special way to that to which we have been entrusted by the goodness of God and of Mary, so that at their appearance at the end of the world, to announce the resurrection to the dead to separate the good from the bad, we do not have to be hunted by them among the damned who will cry in despair at the appearance of the cross carried in triumph by the angels themselves

Let us pray: O my beloved Jesus, O Queen of angels, I offer this Rosary to your divine Hearts, so that you will make it perfect and so you deign to bring joy to your holy angels, so that they will keep me in their custody, especially in the time of my death, preserving me from the assaults of hell. I also ask you, dear angels, to visit the souls of Purgatory especially my relatives, friends, benefactors. Pray for their next release and obtain for me the help of divine mercy after my death Amen.
