Will the Green Pass also be needed to enter the Church?

Regarding the obligation to use the Green Pass in church, “We have not foreseen anything”. Thus the Undersecretary for Health Pierpaolo Sileri on Radio Capital.

So, at the moment, there is no news regarding the need to exhibit the Green pass even when you participate in the Holy Mass.

The summer of Mandatory Green Pass starts August 5th. The vaccination certificate, as dictated by the decree launched by the government after a long mediation with the Regions and with the Technical Scientific Committee, it will be used to access bars and restaurants, but only at the table and indoors, and to access gyms and cinemas and theatricals or museums.

The vaccine certification will also be used for outdoor events such as concerts or sporting events, in addition to a capacity limit yet to be defined. Access to discos is not contemplated by the decree, the reopening of which will still postpone due to the current resurgence of the virus. Today's decree does not even provide for the use of the Green Pass for public transport.

In collaboration with local authorities and CTS, the decree also modifies the parameters for accessing the regions in the yellow, orange and red risk bands: a decisive choice to reduce the incidence of the contagion factor alone, to which at least for the moment does not correspond to a corresponding increase in hospitalizations due to the mitigation of the effects brought by vaccines.

A region will enter the yellow zone with 10% of ICUs occupied and 15% of ordinary hospitalizations, in orange with 20% of ICU and 30% of ordinary, in red with 30% of ICUs and 40% of ordinary hospitalizations.

The fiduciary quarantines, for those who have the Green Pass and came into contact with a positive, they will be shorter.
