Spirituality: 7 anti-stress tips

One of the most important plagues of this century derives from the life we ​​think we have to lead: a "high speed" life. This expanding plague is called stress. Have you ever tried it? Have you ever wondered how to get rid of them? Of course you did! Everyone has it! Today, I decided to come to your aid and give you anti-stress advice to get rid of these tensions.

How to manage stress
The antistress process I am giving you here must be strictly followed for 9 days. It should be enough to better manage stress and feel better if you put it seriously. To do this, follow the 7 tips offered here.

If circumstances prevent you from diligently applying these tips, put them into practice for another 9 days or even 18 more days if necessary!

Even if the Guardian of Angels keeps an eye on it, you must strive to relieve the stress you are facing. Unless you try hard yourself, the Guardian of Angels will see no reason to help you. As the saying goes "God helps those who help themselves".

Anti-stress advice no. 1: learn to breathe
It sounds very easy to do, but try it and you will realize the problems that can be addressed. Practice every morning when you wake up as follows:

Breathe deeply through the nose,
Hold your breath for a few seconds and expel it abruptly.
Repeat this exercise at least three times in a row.

Do this every time anxiety tries to get the upper hand. You will feel relieved of stress as if a huge burden has been removed from your shoulders. In all this, don't forget that the Guardian of Angels is always on your side to help you.

Anti-stress advice no. 2: communicate with yourself and sleep
Every night, before going to sleep, you can say a short prayer (whatever it is) to be in contact (or re-establish contact) with the Guardian of the Angels.

Gradually, you will sleep better and spend your nights in peace. Sleep, being one of the main sources of access to harmony, is a great ally when it comes to fighting stress.

Anti-stress advice no. 3: follow the rhythm of nature
Wake up when the light of day goes out and go to sleep when night has fallen as much as possible (summer holidays are perfect for such a practice).

In this way, you will be in harmony with the rhythm of Mother Earth. Your metabolism will be enhanced and will surround nature's positive energy.

Anti-stress advice no. 4: healthy diet
Get rid of everything (stimulants like alcohol, coffee, tea, etc.) that could be harmful to your internal body (at least during this 9 day period).

Choose vegetables, fruits and fish over meat products.

The suffering of animals that have been killed to be eaten can generate significant and unconscious stress.

Anti-stress advice no. 5: exercise
The thoughts that obsess you about something are a pain. The best way to get rid of them is to exercise!

A long daily walk, for example, will allow you to forget your worries. This will cause inner peace to prevail in you and reduce your stress level if it does not completely rid you of it. Sports-related activities will also give you satisfying pleasure!

Anti-stress advice no. 6: practice spiritual chewing
A great sage who taught me a lot said to me:

"You have to spiritualize matter and materialize the mind."

Instead of constantly chewing problems, make the following habit:

When you eat, chew what you eat for a long time (to spiritualize it)
Let the spirit descend on you by listening to something spiritual or by reading a spiritual book at the same time (in this way, you will materialize the spirit).
This is what monks have done for centuries when they listen to prayers while they eat; and that's what the Guardian of Angels also guides us!

Anti-stress advice no. 7: connect with others on a spiritual level
Finally, use your heart: have positive thoughts, speak and act in a positive way.

And when you can listen to others, listen to them with your heart! In this way, you will create a true "alchemy" through which what you will be given back a hundred times, generating the best possible conditions for inner peace and serenity.
