Spirituality: calm the mind for spiritual awareness

When we are faced with one of life's problems, your mind can hinder the solution. Our anxieties, our fears, our ego, our rational thoughts can get confused in a rather confused way. This can make it almost impossible to find a solution to the simplest of problems. In this article, we will explore ways you can calm your mind to listen not only to your thoughts, but also to those of higher beings. We will also see how to calm the ego and answer questions like: can angels read your mind?

Strong thoughts
You've probably already been in a situation where something went wrong and your brain just seems to panic. All processes seem to stop while the volume of your thoughts seems to have increased to 11. This only makes things worse and no matter how small a problem is, it only increases through our panic and fear.

We cannot predict when situations like these will arise, but we can prepare to cope in a more practical, functional and efficient way. So let's take a look at what you can do to listen to yourself and your guides.

Calm your mind to pray and meditate better
Learning to calm the mind doesn't have to be a difficult or tiring task. It may take some practice and may not work the first few times, but being persistent, you know you will get there one way or another. Perhaps the ideal answer to calm the mind, our first method is prayer and / or meditation.

Before you can calm your mind, you need to make sure you're in a quiet environment. Find a quiet place, make yourself comfortable and take a few deep breaths.

You don't have to perform a full meditation session, but being able to relax your mind, body and spirit in this way will allow your brain to slow down enough to hear you think. You can take advantage of this opportunity to contact your angels or spiritual guides for advice on the situation that worries you.

Sometimes all we need is the breath of the archangel Metatron or another familiar archangel to comfort us. Some of us won't be able to go directly to meditation and prayer, so in case this doesn't work for you, we'll take a look at some other techniques. You can always come back to meditate and pray at the end.

Set Yourself Free
As we learn to calm the mind, we can often realize that the mind is not the cause of the problem. Sometimes the problem is our body or our environment. There are two solutions to this problem. The first is to clean (more on this in a moment) and the other is to escape. You don't have to jump on a plane to Hawaii but you want to mix the scenery a little.

Taking a walk is sometimes the best solution for a noisy mind. You will find that walking through nature recharges your positive energy and allows you the breath you need. You can use this time to consult your angels if you wish or simply meditate on your problem and think of a solution.

Spring cleaning
When your mind is blocked and you can't hear yourself thinking about the sound of your mind, the last thing you might be in the mood for is cleansing. Learning to calm the mind does not always involve deep breaths or long walks, sometimes it concerns your spiritual paths.

When our chakras are blocked or we are clogged with negative energy, this can manifest itself as emotional or physical symptoms. It is possible that your busy mind is simply your brain reacting to a heavy spirit. Fortunately, there are some simple solutions to relieve these symptoms.

Since you may not know where the negative energy is coming from or which chakra is blocked, it is best to do a deep cleansing. Usually, you could do meditation to find out the problem or consult a higher spirit, but given the circumstances and your cluttered mind, this is the best solution.

We advise you to give your home a complete cleaning. The cleaner it is, the quieter your mind will become. Don't stop at your house, also clean yourself. You can even treat yourself to a day at the spa or have a haircut. You can end this process by lighting some high energy candles.

Let it out
We live in a world where bottling emotions and thoughts is a common practice and this leads to an accumulation of negative energy but also to a stressed mind. Not everyone has someone to turn to and while angels or spiritual guides are there for us, some things we don't want to think about, let alone share with another being.

Sometimes we have to learn to calm the ego before we can calm the mind. The ego is the part of us that deals with our self-esteem and our importance. That voice that desperately tries to be right or to prove your worth.

An easy way to deal with it is to write down everything you think. You can do it on a laptop or the old-fashioned way with a pen and a piece of paper. You don't have to write in a specific way, you can simply write until you feel that your ability to calm the mind is improving.

Speaking of negative thoughts and not wanting to share, perhaps you are asking the question: can angels read your mind? The answer is yes and no. Angels have the ability to perceive thoughts to some extent, but they are not gods and are therefore not omniscient. They can certainly tell the direction your thoughts are headed but they don't pick up every single thought.
