Very often in life we go through difficult moments and precisely in those moments we should turn to God and find an effective language to communicate with Him, this language could be represented by Psalm.
The Psalms are prayers that have always been meditated and prayed by the whole Church. In ancient times, before the Rosary, the 150 Psalms in monasteries. Furthermore, they are powerfully liberating and exorcistic prayers. I am deep prayers, where the human meets the divine and through which God makes himself present.
It can sometimes happen that you have no words for to express what torments us or what is in our hearts. The Psalms know very well how to reach the heart of God and bring to him our pains and our victories.

David was also a prophet for the Israelites and Jews, and was able to ask God for forgiveness for some of his sins, such asadultery and murder. Psalm 51
Il Psalm 51, also known as “Miserere” is one of the penitential Psalms in the Book of Psalms of the Bible.
"Pity me, O God, according to your kindness, according to your great mercy blot out my transgressions. Wash me completely from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me.
Against you, against you alone have I sinned and done what is bad in your eyes, so that you may be righteous in your words and pure in your judgment. Behold, I was conceived in sin, and my mother gave birth to me in sin.
Behold, you desire the truth deep within me and in the secret part you make me know wisdom. Purify me with hyssop and I will be pure; wash me and I will be whiter than snow. Let me hear gladness and joy, let the bones you have broken rejoice.
Hide your face from my sins and clears all my iniquities. Create in me: God, a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit in me. Do not push me away from your presence and do not take away your holy Spirit from me. Give it back to me joy of your salvation and support me with a ready spirit.
Teach transgressors your ways, and sinners will turn to you. set me free by blood, O God, God of my salvation! My tongue will be able to sing in honor of your justice. Gentleman, open my lips, and I will proclaim your praise. You don't like sacrifices, otherwise I would have offered them; you take no pleasure in burnt offerings.
The sacrifice pleasing to God is a spirit moved to repentance; O God, you do not despise the contrite and humiliated heart. In your benevolence do the good in Zion; rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Then you will accept sacrifices of righteousness, oblations and burnt offerings; calves will be offered on your altar.”
