All the secrets of Natuzza Evolo

Natuzza-g-1

Fortunata Evolo, called by everyone with her diminutive (Natuzza) was born on August 23, 1924 in Paravati (in Calabria), and having to look after her younger brothers, she received neither school education, nor the rudiments of the Catholic religion. At 10 years of age, inexplicably small holes began to appear in her hands and feet, a secret she shared only with her grandfather, not imagining that these were the first signs of the stigmata she would receive later.

At 14 she began to see the souls of the dead, and on the day of the Assumption, the Madonna was shown to her for the first time. The inexplicable phenomena that had already begun to manifest themselves multiplied exponentially: the woman of Paravati saw the Madonna, Jesus, the souls of the deceased, but she also knew how to read in those of the living, to better solve their health problems.

It was above all the Angels and the souls of the dead who suggested the answers to give to those who asked for a hand. She also began to sweat blood, which, growing together, went to form writings in even vanished tongues, and during Lent they appeared clearly stigmata in correspondence with the wounds of Jesus Christ. There are numerous people who can testify to the truthfulness of what happened around Natuzza.

Ruggero Pegna, musical impresario, after receiving the news that he was suffering from leukemia, needed a bone marrow donor. But there were none compatible. Natuzza told him not to lose heart, because in Genoa he would find one. And so it was. The enormous following of Natuzza and the donations that the faithful paid of their own free will served to build a refuge for the elderly, and a sanctuary, still under construction.
