Valentine's Day is near, like praying for those we love

Valentine's day is coming and your thoughts will be on the one you love. Many think of buying material goods that are pleasing, but how much good can a novena dedicated to the life of the person in your heart do? Today we will talk to you about the novena a St Dwywen, the patron saint of lovers.

Novena for the one you love

As Valentine's Day fast approaches, what do you have in mind for your partner? What gifts do you have in mind? What are those surprises you have already prepared? While you are thinking about all of this, have you thought about taking the time to pray for her (or him)? In the midst of all that excitement, prayers top the list as they are the most precious. Saying a prayer for your loved ones shows how deeply you then carry in your heart and offer them to our Lord to bless and protect them as the angels and saints testify to your love.

This is a novena to St. Dwywen who is the patron saint of lovers. His feast day, January 5, is celebrated in Wales. This novena prayer should be said for nine consecutive days:

Holy Dwynwen

“Oh blessed Saint Dwynwen, you who have known pain and peace, division and reconciliation. You promised to help lovers and watch over those whose hearts have been broken.

Since you have received three wishes from an Angel, intercede for him to receive three blessings to obtain the desire of my heart ...

(Mention your need here ...)

or if this is not God's will, a speedy recovery from my pain.

I ask for your guidance and assistance so that I can find love with the right person at the right time and in the right way and an unwavering faith in God's unlimited kindness and wisdom.

This I ask in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Holy Dwynwen, pray for us.

Holy Dwynwen, pray for us.

Holy Dwynwen, pray for us.

Our father…

Holy Mary…

Gloria be ... "

A popular saying says "if God could bring us back to Himself, He can restore any relationship with us". Since we keep our loved ones in our hearts, we should always offer prayers for them incessantly.
