Mysterious woman dressed in white pushes back the army (Prayer to Our Lady of Montalto)

During the night of the Sicilian Vespers, an extraordinary episode occurred in Messina. A mysterious womens he appears in front of the army and the soldiers won't even be able to look up.

At that time Messina was besieged by the troops of theFrench army, led by the Vice King, Charles of Anjou. During the siege, he showed himself before the eyes some soldiers, a lady dressed in white.
